RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
GMP Consultants
GMP Consultants is looking for a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. GMP Consultants is a fast-growing public agency executive recruitment search firm based out of the Pacific Northwest. We provide senior level recruitment and consulting services to cities, counties, and other public agencies.
As a growing company, we are in need of additional staff assistance. We are looking for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent internal and external customer service skills to join our engaging team. GMP is a fully remote company and we do not have a “main office”. As such, you will need to have a computer and internet service. This position has the potential for growth and additional responsibilities as the company grows.
Responsibilities
- Provide project-based administrative support for recruitments including but not limited to: post advertising, schedule client meetings, coalesce client deliverables, coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person interviews.
- Work with clients, candidates, recruiters, designers, and management to accomplish search goals.
- Attend weekly Teams meetings and client meetings as needed.
- Handle and prioritize multiple ranges of administrative duties with latitude for independent judgment and initiative.
Work Environment
- GMP is a fully remote company, and this position will be work from home, but require time spent on virtual meetings with team members and clients.
- Daily work schedule can be variable with ability to work to deadlines.

Qualifications
- Minimum two (2) years of administrative support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills, computer skills, and attention to detail.
- Competent in the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams), Adobe Acrobat, and the ability to learn new software.
- Human Resources experience desirable
- Or any satisfactory combination of experience and training which demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
Position Details
Part-time: Anticipated 15-20 hours per week.Pay range: $25-$35/hour depending upon qualifications. No benefits.
