WHY APPLY?

“People are at the heart of what we are and do, so we want to attract outstanding, inspirational, and talented people, support them to succeed, and celebrate their success. If this sounds attractive to you and you are interested in strategic problem-solving and collaborating with your team, then you’ve found the right place. We are looking for a forward thinking, hard-working individual who understands the responsibilities associated with the position and looks to implement and improve processes. The City recently acquired meeting and records management software systems and reorganized the department to allow this position to be successful and more time to focus on process improvement.

What do we offer? A great working environment, competitive wages and benefits, a beautiful city close to a variety of attractions and activities, and best of all – a good work-life balance. As part of the Legal Dept., we expect a strong work ethic, good teamwork and communication, and the ability to have fun. After all, what’s the point if we can’t have fun?”

—The City of Sequim
