The City of Kennewick is seeking a Human Resources Director for this vibrant community of 85,320 located in southeastern Washington along the banks of the Columbia River. THE HR DIRECTOR

Reporting to the Deputy City Manager, the HR Director is a key advisor to the executive team and will ensure that policies and decisions are made in the best interest of the City. The HR Director will be responsible for working with other City leadership and the City Manager to ensure all areas of HR are kept up to date and in compliance with current laws and expectations. The HR Director will be vital in ensuring the City is an employer of choice in the Tri-Cities area.
