The City of Richfield, Minnesota, is seeking a City Manager for this first-ring suburb located immediately south of Minneapolis, offering the convenience of a major metropolitan area with the character of an established neighborhood community. THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
The City of Richfield is a full-service city serving a population of 38,482 across 7 square miles in Hennepin County, Minnesota. The City operates with a 2026 budget of $105 million and a team of 245 FTEs across 9 departments: Administrative Services, Community Development, Executive, Finance, Fire, Human Resources, Public Safety, Public Works, and Recreation Services. Richfield operates under the Council-Manager form of government with a City Council consisting of a Mayor and four Council Members serving four-year terms.
